Mr. Brookman Asare Dadzie is the CEO and founder of AMS and Sons Company Limited. He is a construction professional and project manager with 22+ years’ experience delivering roads, earthworks, and public infrastructure across Ghana. He has grown the company from A4B4 to A2B2 through disciplined execution and strong leadership. He is a PhD candidate at the University of Johannesburg and holds an MSc in Project Management and a BSc in Building Technology from KNUST, plus an HND in Building Technology from Kumasi Technical University. He combines technical depth with procurement, contract administration, and delivery management, while driving sustainability, community engagement, and talent development. AMS and Sons has also been recognised under major national health infrastructure initiatives, including Agenda 111.
Sarkodie Osei Alex is a Civil Engineer with experience in infrastructure and transportation-related projects. He has been involved in roadway design, drainage systems, and site development works across different project environments. His work centers on delivering practical, efficient, and sustainable engineering solutions that support safe and reliable mobility. Alex has a strong professional interest in transportation engineering and road construction, with a focus on developing durable infrastructure that serves communities. He is committed to maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and long-term performance in every project he contributes to. Driven by a passion for continuous improvement, Alex actively pursues professional growth and the application of modern engineering practices.
