Founded in 2013, AMS & Sons Construction Co. Limited is a Ghanaian registered construction company with a solid reputation for market excellence , drawing on a rich history and a strong heritage of quality, stability and innovative leadership for over a decade.

We undertake projects for a wide range of clients , from small private developments to large government works. Our flexible project-management systems ensure a positive outcome regardless of the size or nature of the engagement.

The company maintains standing partnerships with heavy-duty equipment dealerships including Liebherr, CAT and FET Auto, and continually enhances its fleet of small and heavy plant.

Mr. Brookman Asare Dadzie

Chief Executive Officer (CEO) & Founder

Mr. Brookman Asare Dadzie is the CEO and founder of AMS & Sons Company Limited , a construction professional and project manager with 22+ years' experience delivering roads, earthworks and public infrastructure across Ghana. Under his leadership the firm has grown from A4B4 to A2B2 through disciplined execution. He is a PhD candidate at the University of Johannesburg and holds an MSc in Project Management and a BSc in Building Technology from KNUST, plus an HND in Building Technology from Kumasi Technical University. He combines technical depth with procurement, contract administration and delivery management , while driving sustainability, community engagement and talent development. AMS & Sons has also been recognised under major national health-infrastructure initiatives, including AGENDA 111.

Civil Engineer

Alex Osei Sarkodie is a Civil Engineer with experience in infrastructure and transportation-related projects , roadway design, drainage systems and site-development works across varied project environments. His work centres on delivering practical, efficient and sustainable engineering solutions that support safe and reliable mobility. With a strong professional interest in transportation engineering and road construction, Alex focuses on developing durable infrastructure that serves communities. He is committed to maintaining high standards of quality, safety and long-term performance on every project he contributes to , driven by continuous improvement and the application of modern engineering practices.
